Promoting adoption, spay/neuter, and forever homes


LAPCATS is always looking for good cat foster homes that can care for a cat selected  for our rescue program while he/she is between the shelter and our LAPCATS’ PetSmart Adoption Center.  Sacramento County Animal Care is also in need of temporary foster homes for homeless animals, including kittens and puppies.  Here’s a good article that will tell you more about fostering:  What You Should Know About Being A Feline Foster Parent
